Machine Operator / Forklift Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates with experience in machine operation and forklift operation. This position involves supporting daily warehouse and production operations by operating equipment, moving materials, maintaining an organized work area, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate production or warehouse machinery according to established procedures.
• Load and unload materials and products from machines.
• Operate forklifts to move, stage, load, and unload materials throughout the facility.
• Receive, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment as needed.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Monitor machine operation and report equipment or production issues to a supervisor.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, or shipping records when required.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse and production duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferred.
• Experience operating machinery is preferred.
• Previous forklift experience required or preferred, depending on the position.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials up to [50] pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
