Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 6:55AM – Until Production Requirements Are Met

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-focused Machine Operator (Forklift) to join our warehouse operations team. This position is responsible for operating powered industrial equipment to move, organize, load, and unload materials efficiently while supporting daily warehouse productivity goals.

The ideal candidate has prior forklift experience, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transport products throughout the facility.

• Load and unload trailers while ensuring freight is handled safely and efficiently.

• Relocate, stage, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.

• Assist with order fulfillment by retrieving and moving products as directed.

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and promptly report any mechanical concerns.

• Maintain accurate inventory placement and notify management of any discrepancies.

• Follow all company safety procedures, warehouse policies, and operational guidelines.

• Support general warehouse activities, including labeling, scanning, and inventory management.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required.

• Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred.

• Ability to safely move, stack, and transport materials of varying sizes and weights.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices and equipment operation.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
