Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

Essential Functions:

Responsible for the set-up, calibration and operate various machines and equipment to; drill, grind, polish, CNC lathe parts components and/or assemblies in the production process to create a part.

• Effective communication, including speaking, writing, active listening and taking instruction
• Ability to learn, understand and adhere to standard work
• Understands the importance of safety, quality, delivery and cost
• Responsive to internal and external customer needs
• Quick troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Able to read process sheets/prints
• Mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make simple adjustments
• Great time management
• Uses various material handling equipment such as hoists, carts, lifts, and hand trucks in moving light to heavy weight material
• Must be capable of standing on concrete floors during a normal 8-10 hour schedule shift.
• Will be required to perform bending, lifting, reaching, and climbing to efficiently perform this job.
