Machine Operator / General Laborer
Location: Odessa, FL
Schedule: Overnight 12-Hour Shifts (Weekend Availability Required)

What You’ll Do: 
  • Operate machinery such as forklifts, loaders, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, raking, and site cleanup.
  • Load and unload materials as needed.
  • Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment.
  • Follow all OSHA/MSHA safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Maintain logs for equipment use, material movement, and maintenance.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2+ years of construction, manufacturing, or heavy equipment experience.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong communication skills.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
  • Reliable and able to work weekends as required.
