Machine Operator / General Laborer Location: Odessa, FL Schedule: Overnight 12-Hour Shifts (Weekend Availability Required) Pay: Weekly Pay + Overtime Opportunities Now Hiring: Production Machine Operators / General Laborers
TempExperts is partnering with a well-established construction and materials production company to hire dependable team members to support equipment operation and site production.

What Youll Do:
Operate machinery such as forklifts, loaders, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
Perform basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
Assist with general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, raking, and site cleanup.
Load and unload materials as needed.
Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment.
Follow all OSHA/MSHA safety regulations and company procedures.
Maintain logs for equipment use, material movement, and maintenance.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 2+ years of construction, manufacturing, or heavy equipment experience.
Forklift experience preferred.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong communication skills.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
Reliable and able to work weekends as required.
