Machine Operator

POSITION – CNC Machine Operator

JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st & 2nd Shift Available

STARTING PAY – $20.00-$22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous CNC machining experience is preferred but willing to train with mechanical aptitude; must be able to read and interpret blueprints

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys precision manufacturing and takes pride in producing quality parts. You'll operate CNC equipment, inspect finished products, and help maintain production standards in a clean and safety-focused manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools
• Load and unload materials into machines
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate production and quality standards
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operating experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and transportation
