Machine Operator

• Shift: 12-hour rotating swing shift (includes on-call rotation)
• Pay: $23–$27/hour
• Location: On-site in Green Bay
• Position Type:Try-before-hire

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience operating industrial or production machinery
• Forklift experience required (3+ years preferred)
• Ability to monitor, adjust, and maintain equipment to meet production standards
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient, high-quality output
• Make routine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Work in environments with varying temperatures, noise, and occasional dust or humidity
• Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment
• Work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
• Wear required PPE at all times
