Position Summary

We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining rewinding and production machinery to ensure efficient operations, product quality, and workplace safety. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor rewinding and production equipment

• Perform machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency

• Inspect finished products to verify quality standards and specifications are met

• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and operational issues

• Maintain accurate production and quality records

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with rewinding equipment or similar production machinery preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and procedures

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Packaging, printing, or converting industry experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
