Machine Operator | $18.50/hr | 1st Shift | Hastings, NE

Pay: $18.50/hr

Schedule:

• 
  Monday-Thursday
  
• 
  5: 30 AM-4: 00 PM
  
• 
  Overtime on Fridays as needed
  
• 
  Temporary assignment (approximately 6 months with potential to extend)
  

What You'll Do:

• 
  Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
  
• 
  Use hand tools to complete production tasks
  
• 
  Move materials using forklifts and power lift trucks
  
• 
  Read route sheets and blueprints
  
• 
  Perform quality inspections
  
• 
  Help maintain an efficient production flow
  
• 
  Follow all safety and quality procedures
  

What We're Looking For:

• 
  Manufacturing, industrial, construction or related experience preferred
  
• 
  Forklift certification preferred
  
• 
  Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
  
• 
  Basic shop math skills
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• 
  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  
• 
  Team player with a positive work ethic
