Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various types of machinery used in the production of corrugated boxes.
- Ensure machines are set up correctly and running efficiently to meet production goals.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
