Location: Hendersonville, NC

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: 2-2-3 Schedule | 12-hour shifts | 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am.

Tools of the Trade

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Certified lift truck driver training (or ability to obtain)
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety
• Flexibility to swing between day and night shifts
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Your Role on the Floor

• Assist Machine operators working mill-wide reclaim
• Handle rolls, placing them on conveyors and moving them as needed
• Load and unload material on trailers, manually or via tractor
• Complete required lift truck driver training (KC or 3PL certification required)
• Help with routine cleaning, housekeeping, and occasional deep cleaning
• Assist with grade changes as needed
