Shift: First Shift (Start Time: 6:00 AM-No set end time; flexibility required based on production needs ) Pay: $18/hour
Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Machine Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating and programming production machinery, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting production needs in a physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and operate production machines according to specifications
Monitor equipment to ensure smooth and continuous operation
Add ingredients to machines as needed during production
Troubleshoot minor issues and report any mechanical concerns
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and operational guidelines
Requirements:
Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift
Capable of carrying heavy lugs up a short set of steps (approximately 3 steps)
Comfortable working long hours with no set end time
Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor processes
Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn machine programming
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
