Job Title: Machine Operator (1st Shift)
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to Finish
Position Overview:
We are hiring a dependable Machine Operator for our 1st shift team. This is a physically demanding role suited for individuals who are quick learners and have a strong work history. Candidates must be able to keep up in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently and safely
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling throughout the shift
- Follow instructions and adapt quickly to new processes
- Maintain consistent productivity until daily production goals are met
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and machine upkeep as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor consistently
- Proven, stable work history
- Quick learner with the ability to follow directions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working shifts that run until production is complete
