Pay: $18.00 per hour | Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM until finish
Job Overview
We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator for a 1st shift opportunity. This is an interview-first position and is best suited for someone with a strong work history, the ability to learn quickly, and the physical ability to perform hands-on production work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable with heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and following production and quality standards throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently during the assigned shift.
- Monitor machines and production flow to ensure products meet quality expectations.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
- Lift, move, and handle materials as required throughout the workday.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and quickly learn job processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Must have a good work history and strong attendance record.
- Must be physically able to handle heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Must be a quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Previous machine operation, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
- Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to follow workplace policies.
