Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating machinery, inspecting products for quality, and supporting daily production goals in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Training is provided.
** 2nd and 3rd shift only

Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery
- Load materials and unload finished products
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Report machine issues or defects to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow company safety procedures and work instructions
- Complete basic production paperwork
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
