Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: 2nd shift

Description: Location: Hodgkins IL, Hours:3pm-11pm Hourly : $18-$20 Depemdong on experiance Job Duties/Responsibilities - Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient and accurate production. - Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to maintain optimal functionality. - Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications. - Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production requirements. - Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. - Record production data and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications & Requirements - Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting industrial machinery. - Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment functionality. - Ability to read and interpret technical instructions or schematics. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality. - Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed. - Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors. - Willingness to adhere to safety standards and workplace regulations.
