Machine Operator

$18-21 per hour starting wage

Earn what you're worth! Starting Pay reflects your skill and experience, with starting pay ranging from $18-21 per hour, with additional shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shift positions - and with performance reviews every 6 months, high performers will quickly earn premium wages.

What You'll Do

Our Machine Operators work on state-of-the-art dual-head CNC routers and panel saws to supply our woodshop with wood, foam, acrylic, and laminate that are essential consumer facing components of our beautiful display cases.

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma with technical or vocational training
  • Able to read and interpret blue prints and use precision measuring instruments
  • 2+ years of machine operation experience
