Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate production machinery, monitor equipment performance, and ensure products are manufactured safely and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines according to production specifications.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues to supervisors.
• Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of machinery.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime or different shifts as needed.
