Pay Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 8 AM

Push Buttons, Pull Levers, Cash Paychecks.

Job Duties

• Set up and operate CTL machinery, shears, and related equipment.
• Review work orders and verify material specifications, sizes, and production requirements.
• Load, position, and move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Record production data, quality checks, downtime logs, and material usage.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, material handling, and maintaining a clean work area.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 2+ years of machine operation or manufacturing experience.
• Metal processing or CTL experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32″ and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong math, measurement, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read work orders and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred. Must pass equipment evaluation before operating independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
