We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will safely operate CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts while meeting production, quality, and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, can read blueprints and measuring instruments, and is committed to continuous improvement and teamwork. This is a first shift opportunity working from 5:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday with Overtime as needed - Safely operate assigned CNC and production equipment
- Load and unload materials and monitor machine cycles
- Follow work instructions, quality alerts, and standard operating procedures
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using approved measuring equipment
- Accurately complete production and inspection documentation
- Report defective materials, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately
- Maintain required production rates while ensuring quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles
- Wear required PPE and comply with all safety policies
- Work cooperatively with supervisors, setup operators, machinists, and team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Environmental Responsibilities: - Assist in adhering to Environmental responsibilities according to ISO14001
- Place all garbage / waste in correct containers
- Place all recyclable materials in appropriate containers or locations
- Smokers must discard their cigarette butts in the appropriate containers located outside the building
- When dealing with liquids or chemicals of any kind it is the responsibility of each employee to be familiar with handling instructions
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment within the companies facilities, parking lots and grounds

Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED
- 0–2 years of CNC machine operator experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to use basic measuring tools (calipers, gauges, rulers)
- Ability to read work instructions and basic production documents
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work safely in a team environment
