**Description** **Machine Operator - 2nd Shift** PAC by ProAmpac is hiring **experienced Machine Operators** to join our growing manufacturing team. We’re building a team culture grounded in respect, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. **What You’ll Do -** As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and at quality standards. Responsibilities include: • Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment • Performing machine setup and changeovers • Reading and following work orders and production specifications • Completing quality checks and required production documentation • Troubleshooting basic machine or quality issues • Understanding machine components including rollers, knives, webs, and unwind systems • Supporting startup, shutdown, and shift change procedures • Maintaining a safe and organized work area • Producing quality product that meets customer specifications **What We’re Looking For** Successful candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and motivated to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
