Location: Florence, KY 41042 Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (Full-Time) Pay Rate: $21/hour (with increases upon full-time conversion)
Shifts (Rotating Schedule)
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule Pattern: 3-2-2-3 rotation
Requirement: Every other weekend required
Position Overview
Precision Staffing is seeking Machine Operators for a growing automotive manufacturing facility in Florence, KY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering strong potential for long-term employment, career growth, and wage increases upon conversion to full-time status.
Selected candidates will support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and will receive training on equipment operation and advanced machine functions.
Key Responsibilities
Read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Safely lift, move, and handle materials and products
Receive training and certification for forklift operation
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Perform basic math, including English and metric unit conversions
Use measuring tools and devices accurately
Understand and operate machine computer systems
Be trained on CNC and PLC controls, as well as SPC documentation
Load materials, perform machine changeovers, adjust production settings, and complete tooling changes
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Strong commitment to safety and reliable attendance
Must successfully pass a seven-year background check
Must pass a 9-panel drug screening
Ability to stand, bend, and lift for up to 12 hours per shift
Willingness to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
