Location: Florence, KY 41042
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $21/hour (with increases upon full-time conversion)

Shifts (Rotating Schedule)

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Schedule Pattern: 3-2-2-3 rotation
• Requirement: Every other weekend required

Position Overview

Precision Staffing is seeking Machine Operators for a growing automotive manufacturing facility in Florence, KY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering strong potential for long-term employment, career growth, and wage increases upon conversion to full-time status.

Selected candidates will support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and will receive training on equipment operation and advanced machine functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Safely lift, move, and handle materials and products
• Receive training and certification for forklift operation
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Perform basic math, including English and metric unit conversions
• Use measuring tools and devices accurately
• Understand and operate machine computer systems
• Be trained on CNC and PLC controls, as well as SPC documentation
• Load materials, perform machine changeovers, adjust production settings, and complete tooling changes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong commitment to safety and reliable attendance
• Must successfully pass a seven-year background check
• Must pass a 9-panel drug screening
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for up to 12 hours per shift
• Willingness to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
