 About the Role

Are you a night owl who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? Join our Press Shop team as a Machine Operator I on 3rd shift and help shape the future of HVAC technology. You’ll operate a CNC turret and other metal fabrication machines to produce precision parts for air conditioning units used around the world.

 What You’ll Do

  • Operate CNC turret presses, Brake Press, Fin Press, and other fabrication equipment

  • Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

  • Perform quality checks and report any issues

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

  • Perform preventive maintenance on machines

  • Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed

 What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED

  • A minimum of 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment

  • Comfortable with repetitive motions and working in a noisy, dusty setting

  • Basic computer skills

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of machine operation experience

  • Experience with CNC programming and operation

  • Familiarity with heavy machinery like Brake Press, Turret, or Fin Press

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
