Description
Manager feedback: Candidates with bachelor's degrees are overqualified. While I will agree that they would be capable of doing the job, this entry level position is basically packing boxes and palletizing product. I see anyone with a college degree as an immediate potential flight risk should something in their field or for more compensation come along. I am trying to fill these positions long term with the company and want candidates that are going to stick around long term.
