TEAM & ENVIRONMENT
Team size: Approximately 11 operators per shift
Reporting structure / key stakeholders: Reports to Production Supervisor; collaborates with Manufacturing Leads, Quality, and Materials teams
Primary people this role works with: Production operators, lab technicians, manufacturing leads, and material handlers

Typical schedule: Monday Friday

Shift end time: 10:30 PM

Physical or safety requirements:
Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching during production tasks

Potential exposure to chemicals and blood in a laboratory manufacturing environment

" Assists in operating basic to fully automated filling equipment.
" Uses basic laboratory equipment: scales, balances, pipettes, luminometers, etc.
" Follow and foster a safe work environment.
" Maintain accurate and complete training record.
" Understand and execute written procedures, manufacturing records, and logs.
" Housekeeping and cleaning of manufacturing laboratory/area.
" Assists with material handling, stocking of lab, and assigned daily lab responsibilities.
