    BUSINESS CONTEXT

    Support manufacturing production by performing manual and automated processing tasks to maintain production output and quality standards.

    Operate or assist with automated filling equipment with minimal supervision

    TEAM & ENVIRONMENT
    Team size: Approximately 11 operators per shift
    Reporting structure / key stakeholders: Reports to Production Supervisor; collaborates with Manufacturing Leads, Quality, and Materials teams
    Primary people this role works with: Production operators, lab technicians, manufacturing leads, and material handlers
    SCHEDULE & EXPECTATIONS
    Typical schedule: Monday Friday
    Shift start time: 2:00 PM
    Shift end time: 10:30 PM
    Overtime expected (Y/N): Y based on production demand
    Weekend work expected (Y/N): Occasional as needed

    PHYSICAL / SITE REQUIREMENTS
    Physical or safety requirements:
    Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching during production tasks
    Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
    Exposure to moving mechanical equipment and moderate noise
    Potential exposure to chemicals and blood in a laboratory manufacturing environment
    Dress code: Manufacturing/laboratory production attire
    PPE required (if any):
    Safety shoes with impact and compression protection
    Gloves and other PPE as required in the lab/manufacturing environment

    Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a manufacturing/lab environment

    Experience using lab equipment (balances, pipettes, luminometers)
    Material handling experience
    Pallet jack operation (training can be provided)

    " Perform manual manufacturing tasks.
    " Assists in operating basic to fully automated filling equipment.
    " Uses basic laboratory equipment: scales, balances, pipettes, luminometers, etc.
    " Follow and foster a safe work environment.
    " Maintain accurate and complete training record.
    " Understand and execute written procedures, manufacturing records, and logs.
    " Housekeeping and cleaning of manufacturing laboratory/area.
    " Assists with material handling, stocking of lab, and assigned daily lab responsibilities.
