Job Title: Machine Operator

Schedule: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Machine Operator with a similar skill set and work ethic as Felipe Acevedo. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating machinery, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift heavy materials. This position requires a quick learner with critical thinking skills who can work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production processes
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator
• Mechanical knowledge/experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials as needed
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Basic math proficiency
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Spanish speaker preferred
