Machine Operator II 1st Shift (Automatic Power Press Department)

STRONG GROWTH OPPORTUNITY! Seeking Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd Shift in the Automatic Power Press Department!

Pay Rate:
1st Shift $18.50 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tending to a variety of different machines and areas including heat set equipment, laser engraver, dot matrix engraver, press, assembly equipment, riveters, fixtures and gages.
• Working to quality specifications may inspect parts off machinery to insure parts are running to quality standards
• Responsible for stopping the machine when parts do not meet requirements.
• Maintains production records and quality records.
• Performs basic machine maintenance functions

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• manual dexterity for precision machine work.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds from a low to higher position.

Schedule:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
