Machine Operator
Become a key part of a high-performing team in Grand Island, NE as a Machine Operator — where you’ll run essential equipment to process custom pipe and metal parts with precision, supporting the critical needs of industrial clients.

Job Duties: 

• Start and stop the machine safely without supervision. 
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) Place raw material or unfinished parts and remove finished parts from machine safely.
• Monitor machine operation. 
• Check part quality with designated measurement instruments. 
• Understand when and how to stop machine safely. 
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery, such as cleaning and lubrication.
• Operate tools and machinery to aid the manufacturing process. 
• Perform periodic checks on equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Oversee the machine while executing tasks and make necessary adjustments to improve results.  
• Produce quality parts according to manufacturing targets and schedules as directed by the Plant Manager. 
• Record all machine actions and log completed parts for record keeping. 
• Read and understand drawings.
• Change machine Setting to accommodate different sizes and dimensions.

Pay: $18.00 
Shift: 1st
