Responsible for operating injection molding equipment in accordance with established safety, quality, and production standards. Performs product inspections, packages finished goods, completes production documentation, and maintains an efficient work area to meet customer requirements.
Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production run.
Operate assigned production equipment in accordance with established work instructions and standard operating procedures, while maintaining a safe working environment.
Perform routine machine start-up, shutdown, and basic operational adjustments within established parameters.
Conduct quality inspections and document production and quality data accurately.
Identify and remove nonconforming products and promptly report quality concerns.
Maintain production rates while meeting quality, safety, and efficiency expectations.
Assist with product changeovers and line setup as directed.
Cleaning of machines and associated infrastructure
Position works a scheduled 12 hour shift in a 2-2-3 pattern
This allows every other weekend off
8 hours overtime per check

Minimum of 1 year manufacturing or production experience required
