Machine Operator / Inspector – Multiple Shifts Available

Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
Responsibilities
Prepare materials and customer parts for processing.
Load and unload furnaces, bins, fixtures, baskets, and related equipment.
Inspect and handle customer inventory carefully to prevent loss or damage.
Report unusual conditions, equipment issues, or processing irregularities to the supervisor.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
Perform additional production or inspection duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous machine operation, manufacturing, heat-treating, or inspection experience preferred.
Basic working knowledge of metallurgy, temperatures, or heat-treatment processes is preferred.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable attendance and ability to report to work on time.
Ability to work effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
Must be willing to work overtime or alternate shifts, including weekends, when required.
I’d probably advertise this as Machine Operator / Inspector rather than “Machine Operator & Inspectors.” It reads cleaner and also works if you’re hiring multiple people.
