FieldBridge Energy seeks a Machine Operator to work for the world's largest oilfield service. This position is based in Katy, TX. Weekly pay + benefits.
Pay / Schedule: $17/hr. M-F 2nd shift, Mon. Great opportunity to do OT, for example, at 50 hours per week, earn weekly paychecks of $935 gross
Job Description:
We are hiring Machine Operators to support production of rubber and metal components used in oilfield equipment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, or hands-on experience looking to grow in a stable environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machines and equipment
- Prepare materials (sandblasting, taping, applying adhesive)
- Trim and inspect finished parts for quality
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures (HSE)
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Support production goals and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar hands-on role preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn (training provided)
Preferred:
- Machine operator or assembly experience
- Experience using hand tools (grinders, cutters, etc.)
- Forklift experience is a plus
