Works with high integrity and complies with corporate guidelines on business ethics. " Prepare metal inserts by sandblasting, taping and applying adhesive. " Trim finished rubber parts. " Operate extruders and other machines as they relate to the preparation of raw material. " Maintenance of equipment and raw materials requirements as established on the Production Order. " Follows Cameron s Quality Policy to ensure the production of quality parts. " Trains other employees and imparts personal knowledge of parts, procedures, machines, etc. " Perform various other duties and activities within the physical constraints of the job.
Experience & Skills Required / Core Skills " Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and drawings " Strong attention to detail and quality " Safety-first mindset; strict adherence to HSE rules " Positive attitude and willingness to learn " Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment
Preferred / Nice-to-Have " Prior experience in a manufacturing or shop environment " Exposure to rubber molding, machine operation, or production equipment " Experience using hand tools (knives, grinders) " Familiarity with production or shop-floor processes
Education " Minimum: High school diploma or GED
Shift / Hours " Monday Friday, 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
Training " All training is provided locally
Physical Demands " Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted " Items over 50 lbs require mechanical assistance (cranes) or team lifting
