Position Overview
Associated Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing employer in Kearney, NE. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers competitive starting pay, automatic raises during your first year and excellent long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate and adjust a variety of production equipment
Monitor machines and report malfunctions or issues to supervision
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
Perform basic equipment maintenance including lubrication and coolant refills
Complete production, inspection, downtime and SPC documentation
Assist with training new team members as needed
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
Follow all company safety, quality and production procedures
Shift Details
2nd Shift Options:
Monday Thursday: 3: 00 PM 1: 00 AM + Friday (8 hours)
OR Monday Friday: 3: 00 PM 11: 00 PM
3rd Shift Options:
Sunday Thursday: 9: 00 PM 7: 00 AM
OR Sunday Friday: 11: 00 PM 7: 00 AM
Training may take place on 1st shift.
Requirements
10th grade education required
6+ months of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Strong attendance and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to safety and quality
