What Were Looking For
Recent machine operator experience preferred. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Willingness to work 10-12 hour shifts. Ability to follow safety guidelines, work instructions, and company policies. Must be able to train on 1st shift (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) for up to 12 weeks, then transition to 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM). Must pass a background check and drug screening.
What Youll Do as a Machine Operator
• Load, unload, and creel yarn packages. • Operate winders and related textile machinery. • Transport yarn using buggies or carts as needed. • Rack yarn across six levels, requiring bending and reaching. • Identify and interpret yarn labels and yarn types. • Follow all safety, quality, and production requirements. • Adhere to work instructions, creel boards, diagrams, and verbal direction from supervisors.
