LOCATION: Lake Oswego, OR
SALARY: $19.00 - 21.00hr
SCHEDULE: Day shift: Monday Friday, 5:30 am 2:00 pm. Swing shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 pm 1:30 am
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and operate slitter/rewinder machines based on job specifications
Inspect labels for defects and remove or repair faulty sections
Monitor production to ensure correct roll size, footage, and quality
Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean workspace
Complete production logs and material tracking documentation
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Minimum of 1 year of experience in printing, manufacturing, or similar production environment
Experience with slitting, rewinding, or similar converting equipment preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
Basic mechanical aptitude and mathematics knowledge
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position works in a manufacturing environment and requires standing for extended periods, lifting, pushing, and pulling materials, and working around machinery.
