Pay Rate: $17.02 per hour
Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Job Requirements
- Assist with the setup and operation of equipment used to manufacture corrugated boxes.
- Read and understand factory orders and print cards to determine proper equipment settings.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify operational issues.
- Set up and adjust:
- Stackers
- Dies, attachments, and print plates
- Pull rolls, collars, and straps
- Scores, heads, and blade combinations
- Pre-feeders and lead edge feeders
- Folding rails, squaring sections, and ejectors
- Verify stock size and material specifications.
- Adjust equipment for proper pressure and registration.
- Operate glue and ink systems as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and operating guidelines.
- Receive training and comply with:
- Lockout procedures
- Hearing protection requirements
- Safety shoe requirements
- Moving machinery safety
- Emergency stop button locations
- Nip point awareness
- Conveyor safety
- Proper lifting, pushing, and pulling techniques
- Safety guards, gates, and chains
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties, including trash removal and scrap cleanup.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and safety guidelines.
