Machine Operator Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor production machinery, ensure product quality, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Machine Operator Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety standards
• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products
• Monitor equipment performance and make minor adjustments as needed
• Inspect products to ensure quality specifications are met
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Machine Operator Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read measuring tools and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
