Machine Operator / Laminating Dept

The Machine Operator in the Laminating Department plays a key role in setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective teamwork within a medium-sized team. The operator reports directly to the Shift Supervisor and may work overtime as needed to meet production goals.
