This position is responsible for performing operations associated with the Lamination department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform all the operations associated with the Lamination department, including: Lay-up, Kit, Punch, Lam. Fabrication, and the Press Room.
  • Follow all short sheets, standard operating procedures and Amphenol’s company safety regulations.        
  • Build multi-layer and flex boards according to prints.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • May be required to cross train in other departments
  • This position may require overtime for coverage on alternate shifts and weekends.                                          
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.                     

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and follow all short sheets/customer documents.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision, multi task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work standing for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 35 lbs. safely.             
  • Basic computer experience a plus. - Microsoft Office-Outlook/Word/Excel.
  • 2+ years of PCB experience with prior experience in Lamination preferred.
