What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll operate an adhesive coating machine that applies pressure-sensitive adhesive to paper, film, and foil materials. You'll help ensure products meet quality standards while supporting safe and efficient production.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Setting up and operating coating equipment for production runs
  • Loading materials and adjusting machine settings to meet product specifications
  • Monitoring production quality and taking measurements using tools such as rulers and calipers
  • Identifying and addressing routine machine or process issues
  • Completing production documentation and labeling finished materials
  • Assisting with inventory, shipping, and downstream production activities as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Supporting continuous improvement efforts and sharing ideas to enhance processes

Education & Experience
  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude or technical experience is a plus
  • Forklift or clamp truck experience is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
This position requires standing for extended periods, frequent use of hands and arms, and occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment that includes moving equipment and moderate to high noise levels.
