Performs assembly of electronic components, subassemblies, and products with minimal supervision in accordance with ISO 9001 procedures. Responsibilities include operating machinery, following instructions, identifying components and defects, assisting with board assembly, testing, material handling, and maintaining a clean work environment. The role may involve setting up workstations and supporting shipping or stockroom tasks as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of soldering or electromechanical assembly experience, including component identification, reading blueprints, and precision soldering skills (IPC-A-610C preferred). Familiarity with assembly equipment such as soldering irons, microscopes, and hand tools is required. The position may require overtime and physical dexterity to work with small electronic parts.
