These are trainable positions no direct experience required however, candidates with manufacturing or machining backgrounds are highly preferred. This role involves operating finishing machines, inspecting parts, and meeting production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.Shift: 1st 5:30am 2:30pm | 2nd 1:30pm 10:00pm | 3rd 9:30pm 5:30amKey Responsibilities:Remove components from machines and finish brass partsBlow off, inspect, and package parts into boxes (36 per box)Stack finished products onto pallets for shipmentPerform visual inspections to ensure product qualityMaintain production rate of approximately 220 parts per hourAssist with additional finishing processes such as blasting, buffing, tumbling, and sortingKeep work area clean and organizedFollow all ISO9001 procedures and company safety guidelinesCommunicate with supervisors regarding machine performance and productionQualifications:Manufacturing experience preferred (machining experience a plus)Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and reliability (job tenure important)Ability to follow instructions and meet production goalsForklift certification preferred (or willingness to coordinate with material handlers)Comfortable with physical work and repetitive tasksPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periodsFrequent lifting, bending, and repetitive motionAbility to meet production demands consistentlyWork Environment:Loud manufacturing settingExposure to brass materials (may irritate skin proper hygiene required)Smoke-free facilitySafety-first environment with PPE requiredAdditional Information:Safety equipment provided: gloves, sleeve guards, ear plugs, safety glassesUniforms available (optional)Must wear steel-toe or composite boots (no shorts; pants required)Safety orientation conducted by EHS ManagerPre-Employment Requirements:Drug Screen requiredBackground Check required (no violent offenses; others case-by-case)Benefits:Medical, Dental, VisionShort-term & Long-term DisabilityOpportunity for growth and advancementApply today with Express Employment Professionals!
