Presentation will start +- 8:30 AM. Candidate arriving after 9:00 AM will not be able to participate in the process All candidates should be confirmed to attend the day prior to the event to reduce the number of no shows. Agencies are expected to have 3 to 6 candidates in attendance for the event. I need notification pre-event if this is not attainable. Will be hiring primarily for all shifts Requisition and Registration Information for the contingent Machine Operator role: This is hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift mainly but do have a few openings for 1st and rate is *** plus pay differential 1st shift (7AM-3PM) *** 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) receives a *** Shift differential 3rd shift (11 PM 7AM) receives *** shift differential Job Code: 82140314 The Machine Operator is responsible for helping provide safe, efficient and reliable product and service delivery to customers, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. The Machine Operator ensures equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demands, and maintains shop and field equipment. * Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members. * Plan and execute maintenance activities for a designated location (outside of Technology Lifecycle Management activities). * Maintain equipment according to procedures, reporting problems or deviations. * Operate equipment according to procedures, competency levels and job requirement. * Identify opportunities to improve the service delivery process. * Participate in failure investigations when relevant. * Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
