Machine Operators
In-person Interview
This process includes a math assessment - candidates must achieve a score of 8 out of 10 or higher to be considered for employment.
1st shift - M-F 6:55am-3pm
3rd shift - S-Thursday 10:55pm-7am (Requires 3 weeks of training on 1st shift)
• Pack products produced uniformly and neatly while keeping up with machine speed.
• Ensure products produced match all specifications contained in the manufacturing order and meet quality standards.
• Report quality issues or unsafe conditions to management.
• Apply correct labels to cartons/boxes as specified on the manufacturing order. Stack all skids neatly and correctly.
• Accurately complete paperwork and enter quantity produced into tablet.
• Clean machines, sweep floors, and maintain clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
