About the Role As a Machine Operator – Level 1, you’ll play a hands-on role in our manufacturing team, operating machinery to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
Operate machinery to meet production goals and quality standards.
Inspect products for accuracy and report quality issues.
Operate CNC sanding machinery safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials onto the machine
Monitor output, track production data, and keep machines running smoothly.
Assist with setups, changeovers, and routine maintenance.
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
Keep your workstation clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Work closely with your team to meet deadlines and improve processes.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred (we’ll train the right person).
Basic mechanical skills and ability to follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and commitment to quality.
Physical stamina (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive motion).
Team player with good communication skills.
