Overview

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines
• Perform production tasks based on process sheets and written/verbal instructions
• Monitor operations to ensure products meet quality standards and tolerances
• Inspect finished products and identify any defects or issues
• Follow established procedures while adapting to minor variations when needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Meet production goals and deadlines as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on routine tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating automated or semi-automated machinery
• Familiarity with production processes and quality inspection standards
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
