The Machine Operator works primarily on the night shift, following a 2/2/3 rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts. This role involves operating production machinery safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining an organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to communicate well, and comfortable working overnight in a team-oriented manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and monitor performance.
Follow machine operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Perform routine preventive and basic machine maintenance.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Complete daily production tasks before shift end.
Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and management.
Assist other departments as needed.
Follow all company policies and maintain professional conduct.
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
Work 12-hour shifts.

Experience in machine operation or manufacturing.
