Machine Operator

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Machine Operators to operate equipment used in the production of steel bar grating in the Lindon area.
Shift: Monday-Friday (possible Saturday)
Hours: 4:30 am 1:00 pm
Training 1 to 3 weeks on the day shift, Monday-Friday 6:00 am-4:30 pm
Pay Rate: $24.52 per hour
Job Duty:
Operate and set up steel bar grating production equipment
Load raw materials and unload finished products safely
Monitor machine performance to ensure quality and production efficiency
Inspect products for quality and compliance with specifications
Record production data, downtime, and quality issues
Report equipment, material, or quality concerns to supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements
Assist with basic machine maintenance and support continuous improvement efforts
