We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Machine Operators to operate equipment used in the production of steel bar grating in the Lindon area.

• Shift: Monday-Friday (possible Saturday)
• Hours: 4:30 pm – 1:00 am
  • Training 1 to 3 weeks on the day shift, Monday-Friday 6:00 am-4:30 pm
• Pay Rate: $24.52 per hour

Job Duty:

• Operate and set up steel bar grating production equipment
• Load raw materials and unload finished products safely
• Monitor machine performance to ensure quality and production efficiency
• Inspect products for quality and compliance with specifications
• Record production data, downtime, and quality issues
• Report equipment, material, or quality concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements
• Assist with basic machine maintenance and support continuous improvement efforts
