Machine Operator

Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity? Essential Personnel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator for a valued client. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining a truss rod forming machine while ensuring quality production standards are met.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machinery according to established procedures

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to improve efficiency and product quality

• Inspect finished products and identify any defects or inconsistencies

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to keep equipment operating efficiently

• Maintain accurate production records and required documentation

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

• Report equipment issues or production concerns promptly

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
