What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor automated production equipment
- Run a corrugated plastic hose production line
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Make minor machine adjustments as needed
- Coil, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Load raw materials to keep production running efficiently
- Report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Minimum 1 year of machine operation, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience
- Experience operating automated production equipment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout a 12-hour shift
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
- Starting Pay: $19.28-$20.28/hour
- 4-Day Workweek (Monday-Thursday)
- No Weekends
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
